The last two days I did some mountain bike filming for an upcoming video. This is a sample of the rider's point of view of the run "Crank it Up" on a pace of around 8 minutes. The rider ahead of me is my son Chris Nickull; I am wearing a helmet cam. For a greasy, muddy day it was a lot of fun.
